The Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfy, perfect for my family. The beds felt really nice, and we appreciated the wood flooring instead of carpet. However, we did notice some dusty spots and inconsistent housekeeping. The fridge was a bit small, and it didn't have a coffee pot, which we thought was odd. Overall, a decent room but could use some attention to detail.

Couple looking for comfort or confusion
Front desk clerk was friendly enough and the room was larger than we expected which gave us hope at first. Just as we were settling in for the night, I noticed the AC was working well, even if the overall cleanliness was questionable.
Unfortunately, the price was rather steep for the mess we encountered.

Service was welcoming, and the lobby had old-school charm. However, cleanliness was lacking with dirty floors and leftover food in the refrigerator. The pool wasn't appealing, and it's a shame about the management issues. A higher standard of maintenance is needed for a better experience.

I found the pool and spa enjoyable. The staff noticed it was our honeymoon and offered an upgrade to a suite, which was nice. The spa tub was a good way to relax after a long drive.
The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. It was served from dirty dishes that did not look clean from the previous day.

Disappointed stay
We stayed for one night, and it was a bummer. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages—dust everywhere and the floors were gross. The morning staff couldn’t be bothered to make fresh coffee, and we were stuck with cold leftovers. At least the picnic area was nice, but everything else was a letdown.

The business center was well-equipped, allowing me to efficiently conduct meetings and printing tasks.
